Muhimmancin Cin Inibi Ga Lafiyar Jiki

Inibi wani dan itace ne mai matuƙar daɗin gaske mafi akasari Inibi yafi fitowa a ƙasashe kamar su Saudi Arabia da kuma wani ɓangare na Afirka kamar su Nijar.

Sautari mukan ci Inibi ne don daɗin sa, hakan ne yasa zamu kawo muku muhimmancin cin Inibi a jikin ɗan Adam. Kamar haka:

1-Yana Dai-Daita Yana Yin Nauyin Jiki.
Inibi yana ɗauke da sinadarin ‘antioxidants’ da yake dauke da su, wadanda ake kira da ‘flavonoids’.

2-Yana Gyara Tsokar Zuciya.
Inibi yana dauke da sinadaran da ke taimakawa zirga-zirgar jini daga zuciya zuwa sauran jiki sannan yana rage hadarurrukan da kan faru a hanyoyin tafiyar jini.

3-Lafiyar Ƙwa-ƙwalwa.
Inibi yana dauke da sinaran da ke kyautatawa tare da inganta lafiyar ƙwaƙwalwa.

4-Fatar jiki.
Sinadaran ‘phytonutrients’ da ake samu acikin yayan itatuwa masu kala, kamar irinsu Inibi, yana taimakawa wajen kare fatar dan Adam daga cututtuka.

5-Cutar Cancer.
Yawan cin inibi ko kuma cin inibi da yawa, kan rage hadarin kamuwa da cutar kansa.

6-Hawan jini.
Inibi yana rage hadarin kamuwa da hawan jini amma a shawarce ya kamata mai wannan matsala ya ci inibi wanda aka busar da shi ko wanda aka daskarar a firinji ko kuma Inibin da aka yi lemo da shi.
