2023 Election: Kaduna APC Guber Candidate Unveils 7-Point Agenda
Kaduna State 2023 governorship candidate on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Uba Sani, has unveiled a 7-point agenda his administration will dwell on if elected in the coming election.
In a statement released on Sunday through the APC Campaign Council in the state, Sani promised that the 7-point agenda is aimed at improving the lives of the citizens under his government if he eventually wins the 2023 election.
The statement issued through the party’s Director of Strategic Communication, Malam Ibraheem Musa, said the 7- point agenda has the acronym SUSTAIN, adding that it spans the entire spectrum of security and human capital development.
According to him, the manifesto will be the compass of the APC, and it is a social contract between the party and the people of Kaduna State.
It said: “In addition, the next APC government will invest in human capital and nurture citizens’ engagement. This is what SUSTAIN stands for and the 7-point agenda will be the compass of the APC administration.”
Earlier, the governorship candidate of the Action Democratic Party (ADP) in Kaduna State, Alhaji Sani Sha’aban, had also promised to restore religious tolerance if given the mandate.
A statement credited to the politician urged the citizens to vote massively for all the candidates of ADP, stressing that the party, if elected, would “restore the lost glory” of the state.
The former House of Representatives member, who addressed newsmen in the state, expressed optimism that he would win the March 11 poll and address the “religious imbalance” in the state if elected.
