You must have been seeing people react to a post on Facebook using the love emoji or the wow emoji. Facebook reactions is another way people tell you or show you how they feel about a particular picture, post or update you’ve posted. The only way people could react to a post on Facebook before was by liking or commenting on the post, but reactions give you more options. With reactions, you could drop a subtle love emoji on your crush’s photo if you are too shy to tell in person.
How to React to a Post on Facebook
For this tutorial, I will be using my Facebook app.
Open your Facebook app and scroll to the particular post or picture you want to react on.
Tap and hold down on the Like button to hover on it. You see the 5 other reaction emojis as shown below.
Tap on the one you want to react to the post.
Your reaction now appears to the post or picture.
If many people reacted to a particular Facebook post, the most chosen reaction will be shown on the post. A user can only drop one reaction on a particular post. In case you are the only one who dropped a reaction, only yours will be shown.
How to Remove or Change Reaction to a Post on Facebook
You cannot remove a reaction once you’ve reacted, be careful choosing a reaction. LOL….just in case it’s misinterpreted.
To change a reaction, react once again as explained earlier and choose another reaction.
How to see who’s reacted to Your Post
To see who has reacted on your post, click on the reaction icon below your post. Click on top of the reaction icon at the top once again to see who all who has liked and reacted.
