Abba kabir yusif ya bayyana wata magana yanzu yanzu akan hukuncin kotu

Gwamnan Jihar Kano Abba Kabir Yusuf ya ce alƙalan kotun da ta gudanar da shari’ar zaɓen gwamnan jihar sun yi kuskure a hukuncin da suka yi na soke zaɓensa.

A ranar Laraba 20 ga watan nan na Satumba ne kotun wadda ta saurari ƙarar da jam’iyyar APC ta shigar inda ta kalubalanci nasarar da hukumar zaɓen Najeriya INEC ta ayyana ta zaɓen Abba Kabir Yusuf a matsayin gwamnan jihar a zaɓen da aka yi ranar 18 ga watan Maris na 2023 ta soki nasarar.

Kotun wadda ta gabatar da hukuncinta ta manhajar Zoom ta ce tsohon mataimakin gwamnan jihar, Nasir Yusuf Gawuna na jam’iyyar APC ne ya ci zaɓen.

Ta ce ta soke ƙuri’a 165,633 da ta ce aringizo ne aka yi wa ɗan takarar jam’iyyar NNPP, wanda tun farko hukumar zaɓe ta ce ya samu ƙuri’a 1,019, 602.

Cigaba da kasancewa da shafin manuniya domin samun labare masu inganci da kuna labaren abubuwa dake wakana a duniya baki daya mungode.

A ranar 29 ga watan Mayu, na 2023 ne aka rantsar da Abba Kabir Yusuf a matsayin wanda ya yi nasara a zaɓen.

Sai dai a wani taron manema labarai da Gwamnan na Kano ya yi a ranar Laraba da daddare ya ce, ba su amince da hukuncin ba domin yana cike da kurakura kamar yadda lauyoyinsu suka sheda musu.

Ya jaddada cewa hukuncin ba zai sa su ja da baya ba za su tsaya tsayin daka bakin ƙarfinsu domin ganin nasarar da suka samu a zaɓen ta tabbata a wannan lokaci.

Gwamman wanda ake wa laƙabi da Abba Gida-gida ya lashi takobin cewa idan har ita ma kotun ɗaukaka ƙara ba ta yi musu hukuncin da ya gamsar da su ba, za su yi amfani da damar da suke da ita wajen garzayawa har zuwa kotun ƙoli.

A yayin jawabin da ya gabatar ya kuma roƙi al’ummar jihar da su kwantar da hankalinsu tare da ci gaba da gudanar da harkokinsu na yau da kullum ba tare da wata matsala ko tashin hankali ba.

Ita dai kotun da ta yi hukuncin wadda ta kasance ƙarƙashin jagorancin Mai shari’a Flora Ngozi Azinge ta soke nasarar Abba Kabir Yusuf ne bayan ta shafe wajen wata shida na sauraren bahasin kowa ne ɓangare a shari’ar.
