He attended Ogun international Montessori Nursery and Primary school, Abeokuta Grammar School, Ogun state before going on to graduate from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, in 2013, with a degree in Water Resources Management and Agrometeorology (Water Engineering).
He has been doing music and writing songs since he was 11years old, he started out writing songs about food and while in the university, decided to pursue music as a career alongside his studies.

Kiss Daniel is a singer, songwriter and entertainer. He started his music career professionally in 2013 after his tertiary education, when he came across G-Worldwide Entertainment CEO, Emperor Geezy who in turn had heard a lot about him and so decided to sign him to his record label.
On May 1, 2014, he released his first official single “Shoye” which was produced by Beatburx and directed by MEX.
On September 1, 2014 he released his second single “Woju”, produced by Dj Coublon and the video was shot in Lagos, Nigeria by Adasa Cookey.The song spent eleven weeks on the MTV Base Official Naija Top Ten, including six weeks at the number one spot. Daniel then recorded and released a remix of “Woju” featuring Tiwa Savage and Davido. “Woju” and its remix peaked at Number 1 and Number 2 respectively on the MTV Base Official Naija Top 10, the first time that an original song and its remix would peak at the first and second positions on the chart.
In May 2015, he released a third follow up single “Laye” the video of which was released two weeks later, shot in different locations in eastern part of Africa and directed by Aje Films.
Kiss Daniel was charged to court in 2017 by the management of G-Worldwide Entertainment, for allegedly breaching the seven years artiste management deal he signed with the record label in 2013 by performing certain actions which went contrary to the provisions of the contract. The actions which include appointing a new manager, soliciting for bookings, negotiating and entering performance agreements in respect to songs from his album ‘New Era’, and ‘Evolution’, containing singles such as Yeba, For You, Senorita, Sofa and others, both produced under the contract and using the stage name ‘Kiss Daniel’ without seeking the label’s permission.
In 2009, He met Jabless who helped him manage his career and he started writting songs commercially.
