Basic Requirements for all Participants

First, the tv show has an age limit for intending contestants. The show is open to people between the ages of 16 and 30. Applicants should produce either a birth certificate or a driving license at on the registration day. You can present both documents at the same time.
Children under the age of 5 years are not allowed into the venue.
Some forms of clothing are not allowed during the audition. Such clothing includes articles inscribed with logos of designer or sport brands
You will be given a wrist band during the registration process. When you get to the audition venue, you will be asked to present this wrist band by the organizers.
Applicants must be Nigerian by birth.
Applicants should reside in Nigeria.

If you have participated in any previous edition of Nigerian Idols, you are ineligible to participate in subsequent seasons.

Auditions for this year will be strictly online, unlike previous years where people had to go audition physically. To submit your entry, follow the instructions below:

Record a 30secs video of you singing any song of your choice.
Visit the Nigerian Idol 2020 registration Season 6 official portal/website.
Fill in the required information to gain access.
Upload the 30secs video clip on the portal and submit.
