Facebook being one of the biggest website and one of the largest communities in the world has set aside today to celebrate the women folk. Facebook will be showing today celebratory artworks appearing in News Feeds in which people can join in to celebrate the vibe.

The role of women in the community globally and on Facebook as well cannot be overemphasized. Facebook’s Global Director of Diversity, Maxine Williams, confirms 60% of business pages on the online community as of 2016 are owned by women.
