Types of Pages – How to Add Reviews on Facebook Page
First of all, not all Page types on Facebook allows you to add reviews and star ratings. Below are the different Page types under which your Page can fall under on Facebook:
Local Business or Place
Company, Organization or Institution
Brand or Product
Artist, Band or Public Figure
Entertainment
Cause or Community
The only Page type that allows you to add a ratings and reviews tab on Facebook is the Local Business or Place Page type. How to Add Reviews on Facebook Page
Go to your page and click on Settings, this can be found at the top of your page
Under Settings, click on the Edit Page tab
After clicking on the Edit Page tab, scroll down and click on Add a Tab
From the available options, add the Reviews
The tabs is now added to your Page and people can drop reviews and rate your services. You cannot rate your own Page, only friends or strangers can do this.
