Yomi Fabiyi (born 31 May 1983) is a notable Nigerian actor, director, and producer in Nollywood.
He has been in the industry for over a decade, and he is known to have produced several award-winning movies.
He also appeared in the HBO film Nightingale in 2014, for which he received a Critics’ Choice Television Award for Best Actor in a Movie/Miniseries and was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Miniseries or a Movie.

Yomi Fabiyi is a famous Nigerian actor, movie producer, and director in the Nollywood film industry.
He was born in Somolu local government area located in Lagos on 31st May 1983. He hails from Ogun State, Nigeria.
Yomi Fabiyi did his primary and secondary school education in Lagos State before proceeding to University, where he graduated with a degree.
The actor revealed in an interview that his parents taught him good values, and he is hugely grateful to them. Also, he further disclosed that his mother’s advice sustained him in his career.
Yomi Fabiyi lost his mother at the beginning of 2018. The actor will miss his mother very much as she had lived with him for over eight years until she passed on.
Career
Yomi has appeared in a number of films both as an actor and as a producer. He made a film called ALAFO, which translates to GAP in English. “ASISE NLA (COSTLY MISTAKE)” was another film. Eniola Ajao, Elesho, Olude Ayotunde, TITILOPE, and others were cast in the film.
ADDICT is his upcoming film as a producer. Wemimo Tunrayo is his co-producer. Aside from that, he has also produced Bus Conductor, Omi Adagun, and other films. He also wrote the screenplay for the film ‘Bus Conductor.’
Yomi Fabiyi began his career in 2001 with the film ‘Obelomo,’ produced by Baba Suwe. He rose to prominence with the film ‘One Abayo,’ in which he played a dual role and received critical acclaim.
In 2008, he appeared in Funke Akindele’s films Aje metta and Aje metta 2. Along with Odunlade Adekola, Fathia Balogun, and Funke Akindele, he played Agbejoro. In 2017, he was allowed to appear in Alakada Reloaded. Toyin Abraham and Titi Jeje directed it. In this film, he played Delani.
Personal Life
Yomi Fabiyi was married to his British love named Fran. The marriage only lasted for five years.
Shortly after their marriage went sideways, he had welcomed a baby with another lady who happens to be his new found wife. The baby was born on February 2022.
