Chinedu Ikedieze, MFR (born 12 December 1977), is a versatile Nigerian actor, entrepreneur, and serial investor also addressed as Aki.
He is best known for playing alongside Osita Iheme in the majority of the movies after their breakthrough as a duo in the 2002 film Aki na Ukwa.
Early Life and Education
Chinedu Ikedieze was born in Amaeke Arochukwu, Abia State, Nigeria to Mr. and Mrs. Michael Ikedieze Ogbonna, members of the Igbo tribe in Nigeria.
Chinedu Ikedieze completed his basic and secondary school in Aba, Abia State.
He pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Theatre Arts and a degree in Mass Communication at the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, after completing his secondary education.

Chinedu Ikedieze Career
Armed with an HND in mass communications, Chinedu began auditioning for movie roles. His first big screen feature was in the 1998 movie “Evil Men” in which he had a minor role. He impressed producers with his talent and tenacity and went on to feature in many more movies. However his big break did not come until the 2002 movie Aki na Ukwa, playing the role of Aki opposite Osita Iheme.
Chinedu burst on to the scene in truly dramatic fashion in the 2002 movie Aki na Ukwa. And in less than a decade he has gone on to become one of the most famous actors in Nollywood. Best known for acting alongside his sidekick Osita Iheme, the duo have solidified the name Aki and PawPaw in the Nigerian movie industry. He has featured in over 100 movies, some of which are Aki na Ukwa, World Apart, Jardons, Spanner, Secret Adventure, The Heroes, Soldier Ants, Fifth, Hammer and lots more. He recently co-produced a Hollywood-Nollywood movie “Take the Spotlight” which featured some Hollywood celebrities: Lynn Whitfield n Glenn Morshower, directed by Drew Madueke and shot in Dallas, USA.

On Saturday, November 26th, 2011, Chinedu got married to Nneoma Ikedieze and are yet to have a child. Nneoma is a graduate of the Needlecraft Couture Fashion School and presently runs her own fashion line called Nikiz.
