Joyce Kalu was born on September 25, 1970 in Ohafia, Abia state, southeastern Nigeria. The last child of a family of nine, she is now married and has State children. Kalu’s primary and secondary education took place in Abia state, Nigeria. Kalu is also a computer science graduate.
