Recruitment Requirements for Federal Teachers in 2023

According to the guidelines, a candidate must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for selection:

possess a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) obtained no earlier than 2014 from a government-approved institution; specialize in any of the following subjects: English Studies, Mathematics, Science, Vocational Studies, Computer Science, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Nigerian and Foreign Languages; not be employed by any organization during the period of service; and be under the age of 35. Successful applicants must be willing to work in any of the rural schools listed.
