The renowned Ghanaian actor and farmer, John Dumelo was born in the early ’80s to the family of Mr. John Dumelo and Mrs. Antoinette Dumelo.
Born on 3rd February 1984, John was born in Volta Region, Ghana and the only boy and last child of his parents’ grown-up children.
For his education, John attended Christ the King International School, Accra and Achimota School for his elementary and secondary school education respectively.
Later, he studied and bagged a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.
Career
John Dumelo started his acting career in the early 1990s where he featured in a movie titled “Baby Thief”.
He is well known for his romantic roles in movies and also for his exceptional interpretation of roles.

Life John Dumelo got married to his beautiful wife, Gifty Mawuenya on May 11, 2019 at the Royal Senchi Resort in Akosombo and their union is blessed with a son.
