- Computer Science or IT bachelor’s degree. Relevant Professional Certification will help.
- 2 years of systems hardware, LAN, WAN, and telephone experience.
- Service prioritisation and scheduling.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Collaboration with Process Teams, Security Team, Operations, Infrastructure, Third-Party Providers, and Development Teams.
