1.) Project Management Systems Specialist
Location: Nigeria
Role Purpose
– As part of the Project and Funds team, the primary role of the Project Management Systems Specialist is to understand, maintain, advise on and troubleshoot the Salesforce, Vera, project and programme management system and the integration with D365.
– This role will be pivotal in ensuring utilisation, governance and application aligned to operating standards and procedures.
– This role will work closely with both the IT Project and operational teams who support the project management systems from an IT perspective as well as leading engagement with third-parties working to support the platform.

2.) Communications Specialist – Ukraine Response
Location: Nigeria
Role Purpose

Active in over 75 countries, we work together with children, young people, our supporters and partners, striving for a just world, tackling the root causes of the challenges facing girls and all vulnerable children.
– Plan International is working with local and national organisations, the UN and governments to respond to the needs of children affected by the conflict in Ukraine.
– The post of the Communications Specialist is an integral part of the Ukraine response hub, leading on all communications for the response and supporting Plan International to communicate effectively with key stakeholders including the media, supporters and donors.

3.) Head of Mission
Location: Nigeria
Role Purpose
– The Head of Mission (HoM) will act as Plan International representative for the defined Program Area. They are responsible for leading the strategic direction in the Program Area in accordance with Plan’s strategic program framework.
– The HoM has final accountability for timely and quality delivery of all Plan’s operations in the area and in line with the approved country specific Emergency Response Plan and the wider Ukraine Refugee Response Strategy.
– The role serves as Plan International’s main liaison with the State/Government bodies, Partner Organisations, UN & Peer Agencies and Donors to establish a good working relationship, influence decision makers on issues affecting children’s and girls and ensure Plan’s visibility.
