Mike Ezuruonye is a Nigerian Actor known for ”The Assassin”, ”The Mayors”, ”Unforgivable”, ”The Duplex”, ”Brother Jekwu”, and ”Excess Luggage”. He came into prominence in the film, ”Broken Marriage”. In 2009, Ezuruonye was nominated for Best Actor at the 5th Africa Movie Academy Awards for his role in ”The Assassin”. In 2015, he received a nomination for Best Actor at the 3rd Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards for his role in ”Unforgivable”.

Career
Mike Ezuruonye’s acting career happened by chance. His faith found him. He had been initially a banker. He was spotted by Nollywood’s famous producer, Ruke Amata, while buying fuel at a filling station and recommended he goes into acting.
His professional debut was in the TV series called “Ultimate Hero”. He was given his first significant role in 2003 by the movie producer Dickson Iroegbu in the film “Broken Marriage”, which brought him to the limelight.

After a traditional marriage ceremony in May 2010, Ezuruonye married his wife Nkechi Nnorom on Saturday November 13th, 2010. The couple have a handsome son, Reynold Nkembuchim, born in Canada on October 1st, 2011.
In 2010 he signed a multimillion naira endorsement deal with telecom giant GLO and his contract was renewed several times. In 2014 he also signed another huge endorsement deal with telecom giant Airtel said to be worth millions of naira.
