To akwai masu ra’ayin cewa ya kamata ne a ƙyale duk wanda yake da sha’awar aikata ɗaya daga cikin waɗannan abubuwa ya aikata abin shi saboda aikatawar ba zai cutar da kai da komai ba, haka ma rashin aikatawar, to don haka don me za’a ce dokar ƙasa ta haramta zubar da ciki ko ta haramta luwadi ko shaye-shaye, ko kuma ire-iren waɗannan waƙoƙi na 442 !

Waɗannan sune masu ra’ayin kare haƙƙoƙin ɗaiɗaikun mutane.

Su kuma masu ƙoƙarin ganin sun kare ɗabi’un al’umma (Public Morality) suna ganin a’a waɗannan sun saɓa da ɗabi’un al’umma kuma idan har aka bawa masu sha’awar aikata waɗannan laifukan dama to zasu iya lalata waɗanda basu da sha’awar aikatawa, saboda haka suna ganin ehh lallai bai kamata doka ta zuba ido ana aikata waɗannan abubuwa ba, don haka har gobe ana tattaunawa akan Wanene yake bisa daidai daga cikin waɗannan ra’ayoyi guda biyu.

Misali, mu ɗauki Shari’ar da akayi tsakanin Shaw V. Kuma Insha’Allah zan rubuta takarda wacce zan kai ma Majalisar Jihar Kano inda zan basu Shawara akan ya kamata su samar da wannan dokar a jihar Kano.
