At a rally yesterday, President Muhammadu Buhari reiterated that he had no plans to extend his term.
He was speaking at a meeting with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson at the 26th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Kigali, Rwanda.

A spokesman for the Nigerian president, Femi Adesina, told reporters that this was in a letter from Kigali. He added that the president had informed Johnson that lawyers for Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) president Nnamdi Kanu had full access to him.
